Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Sales & Customer Experience Associate to support our growing customer base. You’ll be the go-to person for retail customers - guiding them on their curl journey via phone, email, and social media - and helping them make confident purchases. You’ll also manage and grow our wholesale accounts, with a focus on relationship-building and sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Customer Support & Education

  • Be the main point of contact for retail customers and guide them through their hair care journey.

  • Provide expert, personalised advice via email, social media DMs, phone, and video consultations.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with care and efficiency.

  • Prepare tailored product recommendations and follow-up support after purchases or consultations.

  • Keep complaints documentation up to date and work proactively to reduce future issues.

  • Maintain and update internal FAQs and customer resources (EN/GR).

  • Contribute to educational blog content and maintain our digital knowledge base.

  • Represent the brand at monthly events, supporting Masterclasses and styling customers on the spot or through pre-booked mini consultations.

  • Manage our Broadcast Channel community with fun, informative content like Q&As and polls.

💻 Wholesale Sales & Account Management

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale clients (pharmacies, salons, and bio shops).

  • Process wholesale orders and update relevant Google Drive folders with invoices/statements.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new products to existing clients.

  • Research and reach out to new potential wholesale partners (targets will be gradual and realistic).

  • Schedule regular check-ins with accounts to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.

📈 Sales Growth & Targets

  • Support sales growth by hitting monthly revenue targets (commission provided on achievement).

  • Contribute to product bundling ideas, site optimisations, and campaign planning to boost sales.

🫵🏻 What You’ll Need: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.

  • Excellent communication in English & Greek (spoken and written).

  • A warm, empathetic approach to customer care - especially when dealing with personal concerns like hair issues.

  • Ability to stay organised, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.

  • Strong computer literacy (Google Drive, Shopify, Slack, Asana or similar tools).

  • A passion for natural hair care or a willingness to become an expert in the field.

👏🏼 Nice to Have

  • Experience working with wholesale or B2B customers.

  • Previous exposure to the beauty or wellness industry.

  • Understanding of the unique struggles people with curly hair face.  

  • Familiarity with social media customer service.
