Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfilment Worker to join our team! You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and stock is always ready to go. If you’re reliable, proactive, and love a well-organised system, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Create and print shipping labels for multiple couriers
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders on a daily basis 
• Ensure all packages are dispatched on time and in excellent condition
• Communicate with Customer Service to solve any customer issues related to delivery 

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs and packaging 
• Run weekly inventory reports and reconcile stock if needed
• Move stock between our 2 locations (5 mins drive apart) every two weeks, to ensure packing location is always fully stocked
• Notify management when items need to be re-ordered
• Receive, check, and shelf new stock deliveries

General Warehouse Duties

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
• Follow all operational and safety procedures
• Assist with end-of-year stocktakes

Event Operations

• Prepare and pack all event stock in advance to ensure smooth event days
• Assist in setting up displays, shelving, and merchandising at events
• Restock shelves throughout the day to maintain a polished and full display
• Help with breakdown and packing at the end of events
• Conduct a post-event stock count and reconcile with the POS system

What You’ll Need 

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and courier platforms
• Ability to lift and move stock as needed
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience is a plus
• Good written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English
