Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Curl Consultant to support our growing customer base. You’ll be the go-to person for retail customers - guiding them on their curl journey via social media DM, email and phone - and helping them make confident purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Education
- Be the main point of contact for retail customers and guide them through their hair care journey.
- Provide expert, personalised advice via social media DMs, email and phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
- Be the main point of contact for any order-related issues customers may experience (returns, refunds etc.) and liaise with the Warehouse to effectively resolve these issues.
- Prepare tailored product recommendations and follow-up support post purchase.
- Keep complaints documentation up to date and work proactively to reduce future issues.
- Maintain and update internal FAQs and customer resources (EN/GR).
- Contribute to educational blog content and maintain our digital knowledge base.
- Represent the brand at monthly events, supporting Masterclasses and styling customers on the spot or through pre-booked mini consultations.
- Manage our Broadcast Channel community with fun, informative content like Q&As and polls.
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication in English & Greek (spoken and written).
- A warm, empathetic approach to customer care - especially when dealing with personal concerns like hair issues.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Strong computer literacy (Google Drive, Shopify, Slack, Asana or similar tools).
- A passion for natural hair care or a willingness to become an expert in the field.

- Previous exposure to the beauty or wellness industry.
- Understanding of the unique struggles people with curly hair face.
- Familiarity with social media customer service.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfilment Worker to join our team! You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and stock is always ready to go. If you’re reliable, proactive, and love a well-organised system, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
- Create and print shipping labels for multiple couriers
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders on a daily basis
- Ensure all packages are dispatched on time and in excellent condition
- Communicate with Customer Service to solve any customer issues related to delivery
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs and packaging
- Run weekly inventory reports and reconcile stock if needed
- Move stock between our 2 locations (5 mins drive apart) every two weeks, to ensure packing location is always fully stocked
- Notify management when items need to be re-ordered
- Receive, check, and shelf new stock deliveries
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Follow all operational and safety procedures
- Assist with end-of-year stocktakes
Event Operations
- Prepare and pack all event stock in advance to ensure smooth event days
- Assist in setting up displays, shelving, and merchandising at events
- Restock shelves throughout the day to maintain a polished and full display
- Help with breakdown and packing at the end of events
- Conduct a post-event stock count and reconcile with the POS system
What You’ll Need
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and courier platforms
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Previous warehouse or order fulfilment experience is a plus
- Good written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English
