1. Apply the product before using any heat styling tools like a blow dryer, diffuser, straightener, or curling wand.
2. Shake well before use. 
3. Style your hair with your favourite stylers, then spritz Therma Heat on top - or use it first if you prefer.
4. Spray evenly onto the hair - comb or brush through from roots to ends to make sure every strand is protected.
5. Style as you normally would and let your hair shine!
