I ordered a sample of this and I was very impressed! The gel is so moisturizing and has great slip. It is not a strong hold, I would say medium, but it was fine for me as I love
Volume. A little goes a long way. My curls were defined and moisturized for 2 days and I only used a small amount of this gel and diffused dry. Much less frizz as well. Try using on soaking or very wet hair to avoid stickiness
