1. Detangle Hair: Start by detangling your hair.

2. Apply Products: Apply styling creams and gels to your hair.

3. Section Hair: Divide your hair into sections.

4. Brush Hair: start at the root and run the brush through the length of the hair, while turning your wrist to catch the hair in the side edges to effectively separating the strands into curl clumps.

5. Repeat: Continue brushing through all sections.
