Can I order and pay when I receive my products?

Yes, you can place your order and pay for your products when you receive them by choosing the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option upon checkout. You can also contact Customer Service for them to process your order.

You can pay the courier with cash or card when you receive your order.

How do I know if I’ve successfully placed my order?

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order summary. Once our warehouse dispatches your order, you’ll receive another email or SMS with your tracking number.

If you order by submitting the “Pay on Delivery” form, our team will process your order and send you an email with your tracking number.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email or SMS. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email or SMS, it is likely that:

  1. The email has gone to your Junk / Promotions folder
  2. You have provided an incorrect email address or phone number
  3. You haven’t successfully completed checkout

You can also login to “My Account” and select “Order History” to view all your orders. Please allow 1 hour from placing your order for it to appear in your account.

How can I modify / cancel my order?

To make any amendments to your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order.
